    TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services. By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version.

1. PAYMENT

  • All accounts availed to customer are only in yearly subscription package and are applied in prepaid basis. The accounts of the Customers who fail to pay for the service as mentioned in the terms and conditions, will be suspended.

  • Invoices will be issued at the end of each Billing Period.

  • Payment must be made by check payable to SPARK TECHNOMEDIA PRIVATELIMITED.

    • 2. REGISTRATION

    Once the payment is done successfully as per the terms mentioned above, the customer can easily register with us. As part of the registration process, you register in with certain information, which must be accurate and updated. This is followed by the procedures of email id and password. You also agree to provide the correct and accurate contact details and update them during the term of the service. You shall not (i) select or use a email Id already owned by other person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a member Id in which other person has rights, without such person's authorization. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

    3. TERMINATION

    We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice in the event that:

    i. you fail to pay any fees due;
    ii. you violate this Agreement;
    iii. your conduct may harm the Company or others or cause the Company or others to incur liability, as determined by us in our sole discretion;

    4. GENERAL

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most Current version of the Terms, which will always be at http://sparktm.com, will govern our relationship with you. We will try to notify you of material revisions, for example via a service notification or an email to the email associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

    5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

    SPARK Technomedia provides 24 hour technical support to the customers. Customer needs any support, put a mail to support@sparktm.com or give a missed call to 08067331833
