    TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Products & services. By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version.

1. PAYMENT

The payment will be based on the number of tablets.
Payment must be made by check payable to SPARK TECHNOMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED or Online transaction to the account of SPARK TECHNOMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.****

2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Any failure of the product during the warranty period can be replaced by SPARK Technomedia through the manufacture under the developer’s terms and conditions. SPARK Technomedia is not responsible for any failure that is not covered under the terms and condition of the manufacture. Services shall not include hardware maintenance, servicing, repair, or replacement of parts required as a result of the following

  • Accident, vandalism, negligence, abuse, or misuse, including the failure to operate and care for the Product in accordance with power, environmental and other specifications.
  • External reasons to the Product including, but not limited to, failure of, or faulty electric power (such as power surges) or air conditioning, damage caused by fire originating outside of the Product, water damage, environmental contamination, or as a result of any causes other than ordinary use of the Product.
  • Re-manufacturing or refurbishing the Product except as specifically authorized by Developer
  • Moving, removal/reinstallation of the Product.
  • Alterations, modifications, repairs or maintenance of the Product made by persons other than developer authorized service provider.
  • Implementation of non-mandatory engineering changes.
  • Installation of new or upgraded features except as authorized by developer.


    • 3. POLICY AND TERMS

    The Applications and Hardware’s with in the device may be locked (child-locked for safety reason (being minors)) with the intention of restricting the students only for educative and learning purpose. The student can access only a controlled set of applications in the device which will be monitored by SPARK Technomedia at intervals of updating sessions as discussed with the management of the institution.

    The contents will be revised at periodic update-sessions and will be charged as mentioned in the invoice bill.

    The configuration and calibration of the tablet device with the software i.e. inclusive of offline and intranet set inside the classroom (support in future updates) is charged per device(tablet). And in case of any malpractice or modification attempted on it, the reconfiguration of the device will be charged again separately with 50% extra of the first bill.

    The power and control over digi-schoolSAT application installed in the device is reserved under SPARK Technomedia and no modification or unregistered access or fraudulent activity will be tolerated and any modification to the same is reserved with copyrights under SPARK Technomedia.

    The library of contents assembled for the tablet education system, are strictly based on the syllabus provided by NCERT and SPARK Technomedia does not control any authority on the copyrights or policies of the authorized organization. This system is strictly based with a motive of availing education in smarter ways.
